Having worked within the industry for many years, Grant has enjoyed a successful career in one of the leading estate agents in the South. Through hard work and a determination to succeed he was rapidly promoted from trainee to a Divisional Director.
His passion for property and for providing the best service possible has spurred him to open his own estate agency.
Having worked in Ferndown, Verwood, Ringwood, Southampton and Eastleigh he has a wide knowledge of the area and of the Estate Agency industry.

Kristian has an in-depth knowledge of the estate agency business from a residential and land perspective. Having managed sales branches and dealt with land sales and acquisitions, he is well placed to provide advice on these areas.

Clair has been an Estate Agent since she left school in 1992.
Now in her twentieth year of her career, Clair’s experience of dealing with property and land sales allows her to approach her work with cheerfulness and integrity. She has a wealth of knowledge and experience and has been through very tough and buoyant market places.
Having lived in Wimborne for the past 11 years it is delightful to be working in this wonderful town. Her son attends a local first school and Clair is very keen to be involved and support local events and schools-as are Edwards as a company.

After a couple of years working in Lower Parkstone Paul is delighted to be back in Ferndown with Edwards Estate Agents. Paul started his estate agency career back in 1985 straight from school joining a new Estate Agent opening an office in Ferndown.
He started as an office junior at the age of 16 but soon progressed to become a successful senior negotiator and now has 26 years experience (14 years in Ferndown) mainly at management/director level working for local independent and corporate Estate Agents.
He has an in depth knowledge of the property market having worked through both the good and the bad times and has a desire to always deliver a first class professional service. He is proud to have the opportunity of managing one of the most successful and respected Estate Agency teams in Ferndown and looks forward to dealing with past and future clients.
Out of hours Paul enjoys keeping fit and is a keen cyclist belonging to the Mountain Bike club Dorset Rough Riders. As a father of two boys aged 13 and 14 he also enjoys spending quality time playing with and watching them play football for local clubs.

Jennifer has been at the forefront of the Estate agency business for the past 8 years. She has built close relationships with solicitors throughout the region and her job is to ensure that all sales are progressing as they should and to help with any queries that may arise.
Jennifer will liaise will all parties involved to highlight any potential problems and to provide positive and pro-active solutions.
This element of the service at Edwards is essential and will reduce the amount of aborted sales that are generally experienced within the industry.

Piers La Fosse has been at the forefront of the Estate Agency industry for many years.
He has worked in a variety of areas including Wimborne, Ferndown, Winchester and Salisbury and brings with him a wealth of experience.
