Through hard work and a determination to succeed he was rapidly promoted from trainee to a Divisional Director and was in charge of one of the most successful offices in the area. The company has rapidly grown to become one of the largest and most highly regarded independent estate agents in the area with four offices in prominent and popular towns and the fifth office opening soon. The company was named after his late Grandfather and is in fact his own middle name and that of his son Harrison. He has lived in the Bournemouth area for many years and spends any spare time in the gym, walking his dogs or spending time with the family. Paul joined our Ferndown office in 2010 just 10 months after the office first opened. He started his Estate Agency career straight from school in 1986 and has worked in Ferndown and the surrounding areas for the past 30 years! He has gained senior management level experience with both corporate and independent Estate Agents and has acquired an in-depth knowledge and valuable experience of the local property market over this time. James started his agency career in 2009 working for one of the largest corporate estate agency chains in the UK where he won multiple awards over a four year period. He has worked and managed various offices in the South, as well as having experience in selling properties internationally from New York to Cape Verde. James is at the coalface of the sales team in Ferndown and he is on hand to assist purchasers and vendors who are looking for their next move.

Nina is a local girl, born and bred in Poole and knows the area like the back of her hand. In 1998, David became part of a financial planning practice in Fleet until he joined Elite. His extensive knowledge and determination allows David to get the best possible outcome for the customers’ needs and objectives. He has a wealth of experience and if he cannot assist he will know a person who can. David enjoys messing about in boats. He is also an Official at Powerboat races include the legendary Cowes to Torquay powerboat race. He has always been a competitive sportsperson and his knowledge of cricket is only second to his knowledge on James Bond (who he really thinks he is!!)
